Elder Gulledge currently serves as the Minister of Music, Director of Fine Arts, and associate Elder for the Greater Community Christian Fellowship Church of God in Christ, the Assistant State Minister of Music of the Western Michigan Jurisdiction Churches of God in Christ, and the Vocal Music Instructor for Covert Public Schools. Elder travels throughout the United States performing, directing and conducting choral and praise workshops. Elder Gulledge is a gifted songwriter. His song writing ability is unparalleled and he has the artistry to pen a song for any occasion and at the spur of the moment. His music uplifts spirits and blesses all who hear it. - November, 2005 Elder Gulledge was one of five finalists in the Vicki Winans Rising Star Competition.
- Invited to perform his original composition with the Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra in 2002 and 2003.
- He was invited to attend the International Industry Retreat with the legendary Dr. Bobby Jones of Bobby Jones Gospel, which can be seen nationally twice weekly on your local cable channels.
- Elder Gulledge has produced (his arrangements) live Gospel recording featuring high school choirs, local church choirs and the Friendship chorale.
- Elder Gulledge has been invited to perform at; The University of Minnesota @ Duluth; Charlotte North Carolina; Raleigh North Carolina; Lancaster California, Norfolk Virginia, Chicago Illinois, and many cities throughout Michigan and neighboring states.
Elder Gulledge is a graduate of Western Michigan University, earning a BA in Music and he also received his MA in education from American Continental University. His many accomplishments at WMU include;
- Director of the voices of WMU gospel choir
- Member of the collegiate singers
- Member of the University chorale
- Received national acclaim for his show stopping performance in “Dream Girls”
- Was invited to be a member of the Washington Production Company
Elder Gulledge’s most impressive accomplishments are being happily married to Shirica and having three beautiful children. Elder Gulledge feels that; “Life is nothing without the knowledge, understanding and commitment to God and his son Jesus”. “There is nothing more refreshing than to have a personal relationship with one who is all powerful, all knowing, and who loves me for me… Hallelujah…, Hallelujah…, Hallelujah…”
